California Bicycle Racing (CBR)

This is a recent pic from my office window...like it? Oh yeah, my office is Pacific Coast Highway, up & down on my bicycle.

After watching Into The Wild for the 50th time, I'm a firm believer in doing what you love, and if that means I'm without a BMW 7-Series & a house in Newport Coast then so be it. I'm focusing less on what I want and more on what I have. I'm very happy doing what I like, which is riding my bike, reading books @ Barnes & Noble, goin to the movies, eating at Chipotle, and puttin on races. Nothing complicated; I'm a simpleton.

Someone just told me this story about how this woman just had a miscarriage, mainly due to stress. She's a lawyer & her husband have been trying for a long time. She works at this law firm and hates it; she wants to teach. I sure as heck ain't no head shrinker, but the 1st thing I'd tell her is to quit the job, eliminate the big stressors and try like hell to find & re-gain the balance in her life.

I'm so done with keeping up with the Jones'. Follow your passion, make yourself smile, make others smile, and make the world a better place.
