Sgt. Kimberly Munley is a world-class hero who stood in harm's way

Sgt. Kimberly Munley is the civilian police officer that shot & wounded Maj. Hasan in the US Army's deadliest soldier-on-soldier attack in Fort Hood, Texas. This is her Twitter acct., click here. According to sources, she heard the commotion, went to investigate, turned the corner to see Hasan shooting at someone. Her 1st shot missed, then he turned toward her and shot her twice, one bullet in each thigh. She also shot him, whereas old reports had him listed as dead, but he's actually alive.
I am so thankful that she was there when the Muslim extremist started killing innocent people. Her actions saved lives that day. Thank goodness for people like her that made the choice to stand in harm's way when most others run the other direction. Sgt. Kim Munley is definitely someone who stood up & got counted. My prayers go to her family and her fast & complete recovery.
